We specialize in the production of highly specialized cutting tools. For our clients, we manufacture tools from high-speed steel and carbide. We also offer the possibility of manufacturing tools from other materials tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
We offer the production of special tools. Special tools allow for precise customization to specific technological needs. We manufacture them based on technical drawings provided by our clients. With the use of appropriate measuring instruments, we can precisely define the parameters of the tool and provide a detailed measurement report.
We offer PVD coating (Physical Vapour Deposition).
PVD coating is a process that involves applying a thin, hard, and wear-resistant layer. PVD coatings have a thickness of a few thousandths of a millimeter, are very hard, and have a low coefficient of friction. They are resistant to wear and chemically inert. We offer our clients a convenient range of options tailored to individual needs. Applying PVD coatings does not affect dimensional tolerances or cutting edge sharpness.

In addition to the coatings listed above, many other options are available and can be selected according to individual customer needs.
We regenerate a wide range of cutting tools. Tool regeneration primarily helps reduce tooling costs. Tools refurbished by us operate with the same parameters and look like new. In many cases, regenerated tools coated with a suitable PVD layer have outperformed brand-new tools.
We offer tool hardening services for the tools we manufacture. Hardening is a type of heat treatment that involves heating the material to the appropriate temperature, holding it at that temperature long enough to restructure its internal structure. As a result, local stress concentrations are formed in the material, usually increasing its strength properties (hardness, brittleness, wear resistance, etc.).
We offer surface grinding services. This process involves machining surfaces with abrasive tools. Thanks to our modern grinding machines, we can achieve high dimensional and shape accuracy as well as extremely low surface roughness.
We offer precision sharpening services. Sharpening is a highly precise operation that requires proper sharpening machines, tools, equipment, and highly qualified operators. With our modern sharpening equipment, we ensure high accuracy.
We offer turning services. This is a chip-removal machining method typically used for processing internal and external surfaces of rotational parts. Additionally, we offer the possibility of machining non-rotational shapes using turning methods.
We offer milling services – a form of material removal that allows for machining of surfaces, grooves, channels, complex contours, and gearings. Our high-quality milling machines allow us to meet individual customer needs.
